All rooms are en-suite with television and tea and coffee making facilities. The three upstairs rooms have balconies offering panoramic views of the stone cut seven-arch bridge and the harbour.




Cyclists and Walkers have use of a seperate drying room


Guests have use of a fridge and walk-in hot press, a seperate drying room, a large sitting room with open fireplace, cosy chairs and a library of local wildlife, maps and history books. To the front of the house are extensive green areas for guest use with benches, table and chairs. Private car parking. A variety of breakfast options including a full Irish with Kelly’s award winning sausages and pudding, as well as vegetarian and continental breakfast options.
